Established in 1991, The Anderson‑DuBose Company is a full‑service distribution company for major quick service restaurants in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Florida, Georgia, and soon in Tennessee. We currently have three distribution center locations:
Lordstown, Ohio (Headquarters), Rochester, New York, and Jacksonville, Florida. Transportation and Warehouse are our two largest departments, operating 24/7. We own and operate our own truck fleet, use state‑of‑the‑art equipment, and consider employees our greatest assets. The Anderson‑DuBose Company is hiring Warehouse Selector Associates at $22.15 per hour. This role is a key part of our warehouse operations.

• Selecting and stacking products
• Stripping trailers
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Restocking products in the warehouse
• Using a voice system to locate products
• Stacking on carts or pallets
• Wrapping and labeling products
• Staging product in proper staging areas
• Operating material handling equipment (MHE)
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Using downtime productively
• Performing any other responsibilities assigned by the manager or supervisor
• Other miscellaneous duties as needed

• Ability to work any shift, including all days of the week and weekends (10‑hour shifts)
• Physical fitness to lift, push, and pull 60 pounds or more on a regular basis
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature zones, including freezer, cooler, and dry storage
• Ability to locate products and use warehouse equipment to place pallet loads
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal investigation
• Strong communication and safety awareness
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
