Warehouse Associate- Load​/Unload

We’re currently building a team for upcoming warehouse opportunities in Jacksonville, FL. While start dates are not immediate, we are actively identifying qualified candidates as business needs increase. There is also potential for short‑term 1–2‑day project assignments as they arise.

• Loading and unloading shipments, moving and organizing products, sorting and scanning orders, and general warehouse labor.
• Load and unload trucks manually.
• Lift product, shrink‑wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull.
• Stand on your feet for at least 10‑12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, communicate effectively, and collaborate with teammates.

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or until work is complete ($16.50/hour).
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.

Current volume is lower, and weekly hours may range between 30–35 hours. Flexibility is required as volume increases.

• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance.
• Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger (e.g., warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, vehicular/pedestrian traffic).
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace.
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes.
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment.
• Requirements:
  Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to lift 75 pounds. No Education Requirement.
