Receiving Lead (Warehouse) – $20–$23/hr | Day Shift | No Weekends

OverviewThe Delivery Source is hiring a Receiving Lead to help manage and support our daily warehouse receiving operations.
This is a hands‑on leadership role—you’ll be working alongside the team while helping ensure incoming shipments are received accurately, organized properly, inspected and processed efficiently.
We specialize in white‑glove furniture logistics, so attention to detail and care in handling high‑value items is essential.

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekends
30‑minute paid lunch daily
$20–$23/hour (based on experience)
Overtime opportunities available (with approval)
What You’ll Be Doing- Help oversee daily receiving and unloading of shipments
- Verify item counts, labeling, and documentation (BOL/POD)
- Assist in inspecting incoming items for damage or missing parts
- Support and guide warehouse team members during processing
- Communicate with freight carriers and vendors when needed
- Keep receiving areas organized, clean, and efficient
- Help resolve inventory discrepancies and “write‑ups”
- Assist with returns, documentation, and client communication
- Jump in where needed to keep workflow moving
- 1+ year experience in a warehouse receiving role (required)
- Some leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Reliable, proactive, and team‑oriented
- Forklift/MHE experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift and move items 100+ lbs (team lift when needed)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse
