Warehouse Picker​/Packer

Overview

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. Our positions are essential business in a non-retail and non-public environment. In addition, the company provides PPE to all employees.

• Competitive pay comprising hourly compensation, weekly performance-based bonus, regular opportunities for overtime paid at the corresponding overtime rate, regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels, weekly pay every Thursday.

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:45pm (must be able to work overtime if needed).

• Perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders, and shipping products to our clients.
• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting product and correcting inventory.
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders using mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets, and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as determined by business needs.

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
• Must have experience picking/packing within a warehouse.
• Must be able to work in a non‑climate controlled warehouse.
