- Perform physical and system checks to confirm slotting updates are executed correctly and do not introduce inventory discrepancies.

- Ensure all physical inventory and slotting activity is accurately and timely reflected in the WMS.
- Support daily reconciliation efforts between physical inventory, locations, and system balances.
- Identify and raise system or execution issues that could impact inventory accuracy or operational stability.
- Support audit and compliance reviews related to inventory accuracy, slotting execution, holds, and adjustments.
- Ensure inventory and slotting activities comply with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation to support audit readiness and traceability.
- Partner with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Quality, and IT teams to resolve inventory and slotting execution issues.
- Support system changes, process updates, and operational transitions by executing required inventory and slotting validation activities.
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities related to inventory accuracy, slotting execution, system usability, and execution discipline.
- Accurate and reliable inventory balances.
- Correct execution of approved slotting changes.
- Timely resolution of inventory and location variances.
- Clean, auditable system transactions aligned to physical inventory and locations.
- Stable warehouse execution with minimal inventory‑ or slotting‑driven disruption.
- 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or slotting‑supported WMS‑enabled distribution environments.

- Working knowledge of WMS inventory, location, and slotting modules, including system transactions and physical controls.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standard work and control procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience operating in environments with high inventory and location accuracy risk.
