Warehouse Associate; Part-time, Flex

Shift Schedule

• Sunday night - Thursday night; 8:00pm – 4:30am.
• Employee may choose to pick up shifts totaling up to 29 hours per week. Shifts may be selected Sunday – Thursday 8:00pm – 4:30am utilizing the Shyft app (4 hour shifts).
• Training hours will be conducted during night shift hours (1st week).

Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Operations by handling materials and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. This includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management, demand, supply and manufacturing planning. The role involves both manual and automated tasks for receiving, storing, and shipping products, ensuring efficient flow from vendor receipt to customer shipment.

• Unload trucks in the inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent devices.
• Use Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
• If working with specialty products, follow regulations to store refrigerated products.
• Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
• Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.

• 1-2 years of experience (preferred).
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working with heights of 20-30 ft regularly.

Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks, readily learns and applies new information, maintains appropriate licenses and certifications, works within standard operating procedures, adheres to quality guidelines, and operates under moderate supervision.
