Dal‑Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate II to join our team. The role involves operating forklift equipment and performing various material handling duties in the warehouse.

• Perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.

• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move, store, and replenish material.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, process customer returns, and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility (sweeping, trash removal, restroom, general office maintenance).
• Wait on customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and incidents to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Basic math skills.
• Organization skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented.
• Safety-conscious.

Sign‑On Bonus: $750 (1st installment $250 upon start date; 2nd installment $250 after 90 days; 3rd installment $250 after 180 days)
