Receiving Lead (Warehouse) – $20–$23/hr | Day Shift | No Weekends

The Delivery Source is hiring a Receiving Lead to help manage and support our daily warehouse receiving operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role – you’ll be working alongside the team while ensuring incoming shipments are received accurately, organized properly, inspected, and processed efficiently. We specialize in white‑glove furniture logistics; attention to detail and care in handling high‑value items is essential.

• Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends
• 30-minute paid lunch daily
• $20–$23/hour (based on experience)
• Overtime opportunities available (with approval)

• Help oversee daily receiving and unloading of shipments
• Verify item counts, labeling, and documentation (BOL/POD)
• Assist in inspecting incoming items for damage or missing parts
• Support and guide warehouse team members during processing
• Communicate with freight carriers and vendors when needed
• Keep receiving areas organized, clean, and efficient
• Help resolve inventory discrepancies and “write-ups”
• Assist with returns, documentation, and client communication
• Jump in where needed to keep workflow moving

• 1+ year experience in a warehouse receiving role (required)
• Some leadership or team lead experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Reliable, proactive, and team‑oriented
• Forklift/MHE experience preferred (or willingness to learn)

• Ability to lift and move items 100+ lbs (team lift when needed)
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse

After 90 days:
