Material Handling - Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift

Overview

Blue Linx is seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality control, and maintain top-notch safety standards. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who excels at optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and fostering a high-performing team.

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities
• Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred)
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus)

• Base salary plus bonus

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
