Warehouse Selector Associate

Compensation: $22 per hour

Warehouse Selector Associates will select, stack, and load products for distribution across multiple temperature zones. They will use a voice picking system, handle MHE, and maintain clean work areas.

• Select and stack products
• Strip trailers
• Load and unload trailers
• Restock products in the warehouse
• Operate a voice picking system
• Stack on carts or pallets
• Wrap and label products
• Stage product in proper areas
• Handle material handling equipment (MHE)
• Maintain a clean work area
• Use downtime productively
• Assist in any additional duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

• Ability to work any 10‑hour shift, including all days of the week and weekends
• Capacity to lift, push, or pull 60 pounds or more regularly
• Experience in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment with varying temperature zones (freezer, cooler, dry storage)
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal investigation
• Physical ability to operate MHE
• Good communication skills and willingness to participate in paid training
