That’s the kind of Warehouse Supervisor we’re looking for. Hinson Electric, a Green Arrow company, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and yard operations supporting electrical infrastructure, traffic signal, and transportation projects.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who believes great leaders don’t lead from behind a desk. They train, mentor, organize, solve problems, and work alongside their team to ensure crews have what they need to succeed.

• Electrical construction materials
• Traffic signal equipment
• Roadway lighting components
• Inventory management and cycle counts
• Material staging and project support
• Warehouse and yard operations
• Forklift and equipment coordination
• Delivery scheduling and logistics

• Experience with electrical or construction materials
• Warehouse leadership experience
• Inventory accuracy and accountability
• Ability to support field operations and project teams
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• A leader who takes ownership and develops people
