AboutThe Role
This job consists of one or more duties involving the efficient picking and packing, handling and the timely movement of product. The primary goal is to move product safely while maximizing productivity. Detailed Standard Operating Procedures exist for tasks performed by this job in the following attributes:
Breakdown, Ecom Full Service, Ecom Indirect, Happy Beauty, Key In, Loading, Packing, Picking, Returns, Stores, Cleaning, Batching.
- Package and ship products to stores, salons, or directly to customers; may be required to work within the Hospital QA Lane, Packing Lane, Store Sorting, UPS Line, Wrap Stage, and loading.
- Complete Special Projects such as the deal break process or breaking down product deal packages into components.
- Process returns through the warehouse, inspecting returned products for piece count, damage, and comparing them to accompanying paperwork.
- Ensure all work areas are completed accurately to ensure optimal customer service.
- Maintain a safe work environment by performing job functions safely, reporting hazards, safety concerns, or property damage, and maintaining good housekeeping.
- Maintain productivity standards based on assigned tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer prior distribution/warehouse experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adjust to change and interruptions.

Working Conditions &Physical Requirements
The work environment involves everyday risks associated with warehouse operations, including loading/receiving docks, high‑volume inventory management, and use of forklifts and pallet jacks. Exposure to occasional fumes, odors, or temperature fluctuations (25°F to 105°F) may occur. The position requires physical exertion, including repetitive lifting of cartons weighing 10 to 55 pounds, standing and walking for 6 to 12 hours a day, and climbing stairs and ladders.
