Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 5:00 am–1:30 pm or until work is completed, with rotating half‑day Saturdays as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
  • Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use mechanical equipment or team lifts for commercial tires
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment
  • Remain on the move and be willing to work on feet for extended periods, including overtime as needed
  • Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
  • Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, will‑call) as business needs dictate
  • Perform other job‑related tasks and follow instructions from supervisors, subject to reasonable accommodations

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be qualified to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties include lifting up to 80 pounds and exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline) are required. Work may be exposed to varying weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and agricultural tires
  • Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment
  • Abide by all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines
  • Pass forklift certification
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing)
