Warehouse Team Lead

We are currently hiring for first‑shift Warehouse Team Leads. The role includes managing a team of 25 associates, overseeing loading and unloading of import/export freight, and ensuring safe trailer loading for road and ship transit.

• Manage and coach warehouse associates, leading by example.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee loading/unloading operations, including import/export and logistics flow.
• Perform general labor duties as needed, such as lifting, loading, and unloading materials.

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse and leadership experience.
• Strong forklift proficiency and experience with trailer loading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs solo and up to 150 lbs as a team.
• Abides by company safety rules and general labor duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
• Required education:
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Required age: 18 years or older.
• Background check, drug test, and ability to stand for the shift duration.

1st Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($20.50 /hour). Shift start and end times may vary. Overtime and Saturday work may be required.
