Description:

• Manage freight flow by moving, scanning, and handling freight manually and/or with power equipment.
• Maintain merchandise supply by replenishing pallets of merchandise onto/from racks or docks using warehouse systems or through verbal instructions.
• Provide basic maintenance to equipment (e.g., clean, inspect).
• Ensure freight quality by processing stray and damaged cases, inspecting pallets, shrink‑wrapping freight for damage, cutting shrink wrapper as needed, and maintaining records, logs, and forms.
• Organize warehouse by using power equipment to remove pallets from pallet returns, pallet storage trailers, up‑stacking/down‑stacking empty pallets, and freight.

The hourly wage range is $21.40 – $24.90. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
