Warehouse Associate

Rooms To Go is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our high-volume retail furniture operations. In this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you will unload and load trucks, receive and organize inventory, stage orders for delivery, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse. You'll inspect merchandise for damage, use pallet jacks or forklifts, and follow inventory and labeling procedures to keep products moving accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks safely using proper equipment and techniques.
• Receive, label, and organize incoming furniture and accessories in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer and store orders for delivery or pickup.
• Inspect merchandise for visible damage, defects, or missing parts and report issues promptly.
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment to move and position heavy items safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse work area in line with safety standards.
• Use basic computer systems or RF scanners to track inventory and update order status.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including lifting and equipment guidelines.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet delivery timelines and accuracy goals.
• Support periodic inventory counts and assist with resolving stock discrepancies.
