* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through phone calls and in-person interactions

* Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications

* Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards

* Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities

* Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed

Qualifications

* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor

* Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written

* Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

* Basic computer skills for operating order-taking systems

* Demonstrated multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment

* Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy

* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)
