  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through phone calls and in-person interactions
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards
  • Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Basic computer skills for operating order-taking systems
  • Demonstrated multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
