An Admissions Office Intern at Illinois College supports the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students by assisting with campus visits, events, and daily office operations. This role serves as a key connection between the college and prospective students, helping create a welcoming and informative experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with planning and executing admissions events, campus tours, and visit days
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, families, and guests
- Support student ambassadors and help coordinate their schedules and activities
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, emails, and inquiries
- Prepare admissions materials, data entry, and CRM updates
- Contribute to creating a positive and engaging campus visit experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Illinois College
Compensation: $12.00/hour
This position can also be awarded college credit.
