As an Electrical & Automation Specialist, you are responsible for all aspects of factory maintenance and the E&A strategy. You ensure electrical and process control equipment operates at optimal levels and provide automation, MES, and factory support during your assigned shift. You coordinate preventive maintenance for power distribution, automation, and MES systems, update electrical drawings, and troubleshoot issues to maintain PLC, HMI, and MES applications.

You collaborate with quality, safety, and production teams to uphold standards such as QMS and HACCP while supporting continuous improvement. You also participate in capital projects, including system integration, commissioning, and start-up activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and local codes.
