Overview

• $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS***

Direct, supervise, evaluate, and provide occupational therapy services to patients.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, licensure or eligibility in Illinois without disciplinary actions, and current CPR certification.

Qualifications:

• Illinois licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification within 30 days of employment

Experience: Preferred prior clinical experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• Professional teamwork, effective communication, organizational skills
• Willingness to pursue further education for CEU requirements
• Ability to multi-task and handle physical demands, including assisting with transfers and ambulation therapy

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Evaluate patient disability, injury, or disease, and monitor progress
• Communicate with physicians and document patient progress
• Provide patient and family education and supervise staff as needed
• Adhere to standards of care, maintain documentation, and participate in professional development
