Shift: 3x12 Nights )
Ratios: 1:4 ratio for all shifts. 22 bed unit. 65 visits/day.
Years of experience REQ:
Minimum 3 years' experience required.
First-timers accepted:
No.
Weekend REQ:
Will work every other weekend.
Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, PALS required. TNCC preferred.
Is on-call REQ? No.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? May float if needed.

No- active IL license required to apply.
RTO Restrictions:

Hours:

Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.

Special Requirements :
General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi experience required. Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/

Experience:

Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG. Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/

Experience:

Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Starting IVs. Required Medication Skills/

Experience:

Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration. Required Neurological Case Skills/

Experience:

CVA. Required Pediatric Case Skills/

Experience:

Abdominal Pain, Asthma, Identifying and reporting abuse, Infections, Mental/behavioral health conditions, Respiratory infections, Seizures, Urinary tract infections. Required Psychiatric Case Skills/

Experience:

Acute psychosis, Drug overdose, Managing violent behavior, Suicidal patient. Required Respiratory Case Skills/

Experience:

Chest tube insertion/management, Ventilated patients. Required Professional Topics and

Skills:

Isolation Precautions, Triage. Cerner experience required. Community Hospital Experience required.
