Job Details
• Outpatient setting at a 25-bed Critical Access, Magnet-designated hospital,
• Specialized pelvic floor caseload treating both male and female patients,
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with no weekend or on-call requirements,
• No floating outside of assigned unit,
• Charting is performed in Cerner; experience preferred,
• Free parking available in any unrestricted space,
Job Requirements
• Active IL state PT license required; license required if applicable,
• Current BLS certification required,
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required,
• Pelvic floor or pelvic health experience strongly implied by the nature of the caseload,
• Must be in Illinois at least 3 business days prior to compliance deadline to meet fingerprinting requirements,
• Cerner experience preferred,
Additional Information
• Focused role treating pelvic floor conditions across a diverse patient population,
• Business casual attire or plain solid scrubs required,
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,
• Local candidates are accepted with no radius restriction,
• RTO requests of no more than 5 days are preferred for the duration of the assignment,
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration,
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration,
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application,
