Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Jacksonville, IL at a Critical Access, Magnet-designated hospital, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and an active IL PT license.

Job Details

• Outpatient setting at a 25-bed Critical Access, Magnet-designated hospital,

• Specialized pelvic floor caseload treating both male and female patients,

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with no weekend or on-call requirements,

• No floating outside of assigned unit,

• Charting is performed in Cerner; experience preferred,

• Free parking available in any unrestricted space,

Job Requirements

• Active IL state PT license required; license required if applicable,

• Current BLS certification required,

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required,

• Pelvic floor or pelvic health experience strongly implied by the nature of the caseload,

• Must be in Illinois at least 3 business days prior to compliance deadline to meet fingerprinting requirements,

• Cerner experience preferred,
