Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position at a Magnet-designated Critical Access Hospital in Jacksonville, IL, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and an active IL RN license.

Job Details

• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-07:30),

• Patient ratio of 1:6 on all shifts,

• May float between two Med/Surg units as needed to meet facility needs,

• Every other weekend required,

• No on-call responsibilities,

• Charting performed in Cerner,

• Local candidates are accepted with no radius requirement,

Job Requirements

• Active IL RN license required; candidates actively in the application process with an ETA will also be considered,

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required,

• BLS required; ACLS preferred,

• 25-bed Critical Access, Magnet-designated hospital,

• Parking permit is required but provided at no cost,

• Any solid scrub color is acceptable,

• Schedule and time off requests should be discussed directly with the manager,
