Description:

Shift: 3x12 Nights ).
Ratios/Daily Caseload: 1:6 for all shifts.
First-timers are accepted.
Weekend requirement:
Will work every other weekend.
Floating is required to meet facility needs.
Open to accommodating block scheduling.
Time off requests must be discussed with the manager.
Client may call off up to 36 hours per thirteen-week assignment without payment for the canceled hours.
Candidates can be placed on-call in lieu of being called off, which will count as called-off shifts.

Total Staffed Beds: 25 beds.
Charting System:
Cerner.
Patient Age Groups:
Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.
Daily Census: 4 patients.
Interdisciplinary Support:
Includes Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy.
Patient Diagnoses:
Includes Orthopedic post-op, Acute appendicitis, Acute Cholecystitis, CHF, Afib, COPD, Cellulitis, COVID, UTI, Dehydration.
Special Procedures:
Will administer Cardizem, Heparin, Amiodarone, and Lasix drips as needed.
Special Equipment:
Off-site tele, Bi-PAP, CPAP.
Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
Candidates should have 18 months of experience, but exceptions may be made depending on the unit.
Candidates must complete compliance requirements in a timely manner.
Background policies must be noted prior to submission.
Any permanent or PRN employee must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler.
