Occupational Therapist - Travel

Overview

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Prior experience providing restorative care, ADL training, and cognitive or upper‑extremity rehabilitation preferred

• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare and long‑term care reimbursement and documentation preferred
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred

  Five 8‑hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week
