PAY RANGE: $45,000 to $60,000 / YEAR
Compensation is determined based on your experience and qualifications.
In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for overtime, commission, and performance-based increases and bonuses.

Human Resources Specialist manages various human resource functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and training. They ensure that policies and procedures align with company goals and labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new employees to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Promote a positive, inclusive workplace through employee engagement, recognition, and diversity initiatives.
- Support employees with benefits enrollment, inquiries, provider coordination, and new-hire and annual open-enrollment processes for benefits and retirement plans.
- Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Audit HR systems for data accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll support, and generate human resource reports.
- Communicate and enforce company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Three (3) years of experience in benefits, payroll, and employee relations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR software, and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work hours other than those considered normal at various times throughout the year to meet deadlines and demands.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
