You will train staff on equipment, safety, and quality standards, coach for continuous improvement, and coordinate maintenance for efficient operations.
The role requires a 2/2/3, 12-hour night shift schedule with the possibility of overtime. Prior manufacturing leadership experience and GMP knowledge are preferred.
