Responsibilities:

• Oversees the entire nursing department, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff

• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care

• Conducts regular rounds to assess the quality of care and ensures that departmental goals are met

• Collaborates with other departments, including quality improvement, infection control, and rehabilitation services

• Recruits, trains, and evaluates nursing staff to ensure a competent and committed workforce

Requirements:

• Experience preferred; not required

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
