• On call rotation every 5th weekend.

• Provide visionary leadership to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing evidence-based practice

• Mentor and coach nursing staff, providing guidance and support for professional development

• Current RN license

• Experience in nursing leadership or management

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
