Float Pool Nurse (RN / LPN)

Crest Healthcare Group is looking for Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern and Central Illinois.

This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy variety, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with multiple care teams while earning industry-leading pay.

Pay: $50–$60 per hour Scheduling:
Flexible shifts available

What You'll Do

• Provide high quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Complete clinical documentation and communicate with care teams
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism
• Float between Crest facilities as staffing needs arise

What We’re Looking For

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
