Job Description:
Join a dedicated medical surgical nursing team in a 25-bed critical access hospital in Jacksonville, Illinois, for a 13-week contract. This night shift role involves working 3×12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a focus on IV starting and patient monitoring. You’ll be floating between two Med Surg units as needed, providing consistent care to a diverse patient population.
This position offers a chance to work in a magnet facility with Cerner charting, while enjoying a manageable caseload ratio of 1:6. Be prepared to bring your experience, flexibility, and professionalism to care for patients in a close-knit community hospital setting.
