• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the nursing and medical team
• Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare professionals to provide quality patient-centered care
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures
• Support residents and families with professionalism, compassion, and respect
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment

• Current Illinois RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• A caring, reliable team player
• Passionate about providing personalized care and enhancing the lives of those in long-term care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
