As an RN or LPN, you'll play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and personalized care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide quality nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans
- Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare team members
- Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning
- Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and well-being
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
We're looking for nurses who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
Qualifications- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but motivated nurses are encouraged to apply
