This Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. The assistant manager interacts with customers regularly, providing styling advice and strategizing to achieve team sales goals.

Position Requirements :
· 1 year of customer service experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
· Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment
· Experience in training and directing others
