Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (plus bonuses)
• Performance incentives:
  
  Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives
• Premiums: $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

  The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may be necessary.
