Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 901 W Morton Ave in Jacksonville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts efficiently
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
  • Ensure high‑quality customer service standards are consistently met
  • Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Answer phone calls and process customer orders promptly
  • Support the store manager in implementing company policies and procedures
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and address concerns professionally
  • Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work atmosphere
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in math and problem‑solving for effective cash handling and inventory management
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills for order processing and reporting
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers and team members
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience leading a team of 3 to 30 people during shifts
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; reliable insured vehicle and valid driver’s license required
  • Strong role model qualities: punctuality, positive attitude toward customers and co‑workers, and appropriate dress
  • Availability to work when the store is busiest (including evenings, weekends, holidays, and 365 days a year)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
