Compensation
: $25 - $35 per hour
Aire Serv of Central Illinois is a union HVAC contractor offering company-paid family health insurance, pension benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, a company vehicle, and year-round work.
We are looking for someone who can fabricate and install custom ductwork, build transitions and plenums, install residential HVAC systems, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. What You'll Do- Install residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, offsets, and custom duct modifications in the field
- Perform equipment changeouts and complete system installations
- Read and interpret installation layouts and plans
- Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete installation documentation and paperwork
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced installers
- HVAC installation experience required
- Sheet metal fabrication experience required
