Installation Manager | Warehouse Manager | HVAC & Plumbing Operations Coordinator

Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning and HRI Plumbing are seeking an organized, hands‑on leader to oversee our installation operations, warehouse, inventory, scheduling, and job readiness processes.

This is not a desk job.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in the day‑to‑day operation, working with installers, managing materials, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and making sure every job is ready before the crew arrives.

• Coordinate residential HVAC and plumbing installation projects
• Schedule and support installation crews
• Ensure all equipment, materials, permits, and paperwork are ready before each job
• Manage warehouse organization and inventory
• Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections
• Track inventory and purchasing needs
• Support installers with logistics and jobsite problem-solving
• Maintain fleet, warehouse, and shop organization
• Work closely with sales, dispatch, management, and installation teams
• Help improve processes and increase operational efficiency

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction or installation operations
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, warehouse management, or construction operations preferred
• Inventory management and purchasing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self‑motivated problem solver who takes ownership of results
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record

• Pay: $25–$32 per hour
