Position OverviewKleeman Transport, LLC is hiring Regional CDL-A Drivers to operate manual and automatic transmission trucks on Midwest lanes including IL, IN, MI, WI, MO, and surrounding states. Freight includes refrigerated and dry goods with primarily drop‑and‑hook, no‑touch loads.
Regional routes typically involve 2–3 nights out per week. Home time is based on assigned routes and operational needs.
Responsibilities- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on regional routes
- Transport refrigerated and dry freight
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
- Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer contacts
- Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$100,000 (based on route and miles)
- Paid detention and breakdown time (per company policy)
- Paid holidays and paid time off (per company policy)
- Health reimbursement assistance
- Late‑model, well‑maintained equipment
- Valid Class A CDL
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Tanker endorsement (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year CDL experience preferred
- Ability to meet DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Extended periods of driving
- Ability to climb in/out of cab and secure equipment
- Exposure to varying weather and warehouse environments
