Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of assigned projects. This includes managing relationships with both owners and subcontractors while providing leadership and mentorship to on-site teams. The ideal candidate will have strong business management, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee project execution, budget, and financial outcomes
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in project management within construction
