Customer Service Representative

Location:

Oxford, NC

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience

• Provide outstanding customer service by phone and email
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, inventory, and order status
• Support the sales team with customer and product information
• Maintain accurate inventory and customer data across business systems
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal team members
• Assist with additional administrative and customer support tasks as needed

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Experience with Net Suite is a plus but not required
