Master PR/SERE High Risk Training Instructor (HRTI)
Pro Sidian seeks a Master PR/SERE High Risk Training Instructor (HRTI) for training on a contract basis. This role is working on-site in the Camp Lejeune, NC 28542 area, supporting USSOCOM MARFORSOC MRTC.
This position requires a Master-level instructor with qualifications in Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) and Personnel Recovery (PR) support services. The instructor will deliver realistic high-risk SERE and personnel recovery training to prepare forces for isolation.
Responsibilities include developing, updating, and delivering required POI techniques, performing pre-course coordination, and preparing training areas and materials. The instructor will also develop and execute PR/SERE training and effects personnel recovery across the range of military operations.
Desired qualifications include meeting Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC) PR/SERE requirements, having a minimum of 3 years of service in the US military, and being subject matter experts in all aspects of PR/SERE training.
