Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Three (3) years minimum experience in an education setting, required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, Microsoft Office skills, and experience with digital platforms, required. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, preferred. Minimum 3 years in community college or higher education setting, preferred. Prior teaching experience utilizing Canvas to perform student support functions, preferred. Canvas Certified Educator, preferred.

Position DescriptionResponsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive success model to support distance learning students and students in developmental math and English classes in their attainment of goals and progression toward degree completion. Provide professional development and training for faculty on digital platforms and learning management systems. Work in collaboration with faculty and staff in order to maintain ongoing communication with distance learning and developmental education students by using a case management approach to promote retention, progression, and completion, as well as work closely with other Success Coaches to employ high impact practices that advance student success initiatives.
Serve as a contact and provide hands‑on instructional technology support to distance learning students and assist with other essential functions of the Student Services Division. This is a daytime position with some scheduled evening work and local travel, required.
Salary:
Minimum monthly starting salary $3,400.00 with final salary determination based upon education and experience.

January 4, 2027.
