Middle Office Associate

• Perform trade support activities for hedge fund and private equity clients
• Ensure accurate and efficient trade booking
• Review trade confirmations and recaps
• Facilitate custom reporting requirements and deliver data to clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors
• Resolve daily cash and position breaks
• Apply client-specific pricing affirmations to value portfolios accurately
• Communicate and collaborate with hedge fund and private equity professionals to solve complex problems
• Monitor and process product life-cycle events
• Work on strategic initiatives and light project work
• Serve as a primary client relationship contact within six to twelve months
• Help onboard new clients with guidance from senior team members
• Participate in cross-team projects

• College graduate
• Analytical mindset and appetite for learning
• Familiarity with Excel required
• Understanding of relational databases is a plus
• Clear and persuasive communication skills
• Ability to articulate actions, identify root causes, and suggest improved ideas
• Desire to learn and embrace new technology
• Visa sponsorship will not be offered
