We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to support Client Services Operations in handling a high volume of Service Desk requests, hardware installations, software support, and field technical support activities.
Required Skills:- 7+ years of experience supporting computer hardware, software, peripherals, components, networking protocols, and communications.
- Strong experience installing, configuring, and imaging new computers and loading required software.
- Experience installing and configuring local and network printers and other peripherals.
- Hands‑on experience with data migration and user profile migration.
- Experience documenting technical support processes and procedures.
- Strong working experience with Service Now call tracking/ticketing system.
- Must be comfortable traveling as required for the role.
- All work must be performed onsite in Sanford, NC.
