We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Dev Ops Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and automation. Experience supporting enterprise applications in cloud-native environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
- Build and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM templates).
- Automate build, release, deployment, and environment provisioning processes.
- Manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Azure SQL, VNets, and Load Balancers.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline Dev Ops practices.
- Implement security best practices, secrets management, RBAC, and identity integration using Azure Active Directory.
- Support production deployments, troubleshoot release failures, and optimize deployment performance.
- Maintain documentation for deployment processes, infrastructure, and operational procedures.

- 8-12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Azure Dev Ops.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Azure Dev Ops pipelines.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep.
- Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes/AKS environments.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with Git Hub Actions alongside Azure Dev Ops.
- Knowledge of Sonar Qube, Nexus/Artifactory, and Azure Container Registry (ACR).
- Experience with Azure Functions, Event Grid, and Service Bus.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Ansible, or other automation tools.
- Experience in banking or financial services environments is a plus.
