• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce products and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and maintaining a clean, member‑ready area.
• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner, maintaining inventory to prevent out‑of‑stock and over‑stock situations.
• Understand and apply quality specifications for produce, preparing products (trim, crisp, package, scale) according to established standards.
• Follow company sanitation guidelines and applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to produce quality.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and elevate associate engagement, using handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Drive performance of the area, using inventory management techniques, ensuring quality, date control, eliminating waste, and guiding peers.
• Advocate for the department and club, modeling high‑quality service and products, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion.
• Apply company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners.
