• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively; and be flexible to shift other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future and mass production; anticipate seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operate and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverage digital tools to improve sales, the shopping experience, and associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; enforce quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others toward a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; identify and remove roadblocks; assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and apply them in business processes.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; recommend improvements; adapt to and learn from change.
