Freight Flow Associate

$19.00 - $27.00/hr; shifts may vary

• Operate forklift safely to pick, move, place and position merchandise pallets.
• Manage inventory flow, stock and organize merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, guiding them, assisting with purchases and technology assistance.
• Maintain safety of the facility through safety sweeps, forklift spotting and handling hazardous materials.
• Ensure sales floor and merchandising presentation meets company policies through zoning, stocking, rotating, cleaning and displaying product.
• Assist with club pick‑up orders, staging and audit accuracy.
• Identify and resolve shrink opportunities and product issues; maintain proper equipment use.
• Proactively engage customers to assist with technology services and items.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
